If you're talking $200/night for two people, that's not luxury. If you're talking $200/night per person, then you're seeing a bit of luxury, but it also depends on the country you're in. In the US, $200/night doesn't get you the same level of plushness as it would in, say DR, Turks and Caicos, or even Cancun, MX.

I appreciate and enjoy a good hotel.
I like one where I can order room service at all times of the night..
One with more than 10 cable channels..
One that has Wi-Fi and a hotel bar.
One that has 24 hour taxi service.
One that has a Airport Shuttle.
One with a nice pool and somewhat decent gym.
One where the room and bathroom is exceptionally clean.
These are things I enjoy when staying in a hotel.
A cheap motel is good for a couple hours after the club with a jump-off if she's not privy to the backseat motel.
Cut and I'm out..
I like one where I can order room service at all times of the night..

not always. I got a few spots on the strip I like staying at, but one of my favorites is oddly Circus Circus's Casino tower, mainly for The Steakhouse @ Circus Circus. Best steak in Vegas hands down. If I'm not there, then I'm usually seen at Cosmopolitan or Aria.

Nah if I'm in a hotel room I'm by myself normally unless I've got a female that I brought with me. But I've spent up to 403$ nightly on a suite. But of course you're not going to get the same service or quality for the same price all over the world thats a given I don't even understand why you even brought that up.

Yo word up no lie, I got one of them cheap $80 hotels a while bacc, and when we pulled off the covers on one of the beds, THERE WAS A BIG ASS BLOOD STAIN ON THE SHEETS B. I prefer spendin more on a hotel but that's just me, especially if I'm bringin females around. Just a better vibe when u got one of them rooms with a jacuzzi and shit.
