well im obviously taking about a normal middle class person....obviously if you are rich you will get a luxury hotel. I made this thread because my cousin and his wife (she doesnt work and he makes like $45,000) went to san diego for a week and spent $275 a night on a hotel and now they are back talking about they are broke, well damn why not get a $100 a night spot

I like microwaves, fridges, and a decked out computer desk w/ lamp and computerized temp controls.
I like enough space to play my porn at a listening audible and I don't won't a room that has a door to another room in it.
Bar that open to early morning (don't know when i might want a vodak w/ a grilled cheese sammich)
I travel alot and even though my company pays for the hotels, I def have my standards.

i look for the nice spots if im plannin on brining quality type chicks back to it.........

them cheap a$$ spots will have me worryin about the cleaniness of the beds and shlt like that tho........i dont know......i just know them nlggas aint keepin shlt up to par like them more expensive spots.....like u know them 4 or 5 star spots gotta be on point for nlggas randomly blue light testing their shlt so they prolly got strict a$$ guidelines them employees gotta meet.....u think them little 2 and 3 star spots give a phuk about a blue light test? fukkk no..............as long as Maria said she changed the sheets that morning they could give 2 fuks what type of shlt is crawlin around on them beds............

I just stayed at the Best Western Regency or some ish like that for a wedding...their rooms were pimp as hell and i got the standard room(129.99 a night) my shit had a hot tub,42" Lcd, king size bed, a fucking Kitchen- stove, pots, pans, utencils, coffee make,r microwave, full size fridge..i didnt wanna leave that bitch... the other rooms had a divider in the middle which seperates the living room shit was pimp as hell

I don't see anything wrong splurging on a room. I want to be in a relaxing, luxurious enviroment while on a vacation and if I need to pay $200+ for that then so be it.

Those 200 a day hotels have strict policies on their cleaning staff and most of them get random checks. Also the beds are more comfortable the rooms are typically better sound proof and the extras are there. If youre broke you typically wont understand but i like staying in the mariotts the hyatts the westins and continental buckhead type hotels but im getting what i pay for and dont mind spending that money. i like luxury i dont want to go on a vacation and be uncomfortable all night.

Spending 200 bucks on a hotel can actually save you money sometimes.

i see this in Vegas all the time. I might spend 200-300 on a room. My friends get the 100 dollar room, but end up paying 300-500 bucks on cabs and shit.

ok, last time I checked when you go out of town or on vacation the only time you are spending at the hotel is the few hours when you are sleep....so it makes no sense to shell out $200 or some amount to that for a really expensive hotel, when you can get a decent spot for like $70 and use the difference for better things. Now Im not saying go to some cheap ass motel 6, but damn I can only smh at people wasting money on a hotel.

the only time I would shell out the cash for an expensive hotel is when on my honeymoon or an anniversary trip or something like that, but if im visiting san diego for a week im not getting a $200 a night hotel

it's clear that you have yet to travel to any part of the Caribbean. Most of the resorts out there are all inclusive, so you eat all your meals there, drink it up at the bars on site, gig at the clubs on site, and a lot more. Them shits usually approach and exceed $200/night per person.
