It's not equally wrong but the karma is just.

For the men that act on it they usually develop a paranoid attitude about women in general, not committing to anyone, but then they turn 40 and are like fuck I am by myself and not pullin 20 yr olds as easily as I could before.

I've seen uncles and mentors that were playboys all go through the same thing once they hit 40. That paranoia kept them from relationships until they get too old to play games now they just don't want to be alone.
