@indyman87 so what did you actually eat in this diet that helped you start getting the scale to increase?

I'm mostly vegan. I ate only vegetables and grains that's on the low scale of foods high in Methionine diet such as Lentils, coconut flour, Mas flour to make tortillas burritos, cabbage, greens, fruits etc...

Now I'm trying to only juice my vegetables since I just recently learned that vegetables cannot be digested by your body and can stay and rot in your colon for a couple of months. when meat and vegetables rot they create a toxic gas that can actually be used to make a bomb.

Teenagers/young adults need a lot of micronutrients so I would proceed with caution.

I just recently gained a few pounds by switching to the Lectin avoidance diet which is somewhat similar to the Methionine Restricted Diet. I also take supplements like Organic Candida Complex Detox Cleanse and Butylated Hydroxytoluene which helps get rid of the mico-lectin organisms.

Lectins are a group of compounds found in vegetable foods to protect the plant against potential threat. The work of some researchers indicates that lectins could contribute to gastrointestinal problems, food intolerances and inflammatory and autoimmune conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, according to Carolyn Pierini, a nutritional consultant and clinical laboratory scientist specializing in medical microbiology. Although more studies are needed to elucidate the effects of lectins in human health, you can easily avoid most lectins by eliminating grains, beans and members of the nightshade family
