Should he be held accountable? Absolutely.

Should he be held accountable by the NFL? Not necessarily.

Should he be held accountable by the Law? Certainly.

most professional positions have a code of ethics or morality clause. however, most "offenses" are subjective at best and are often at the mercy of capricious executives / management.

don't mix business with pleasure. keep your hands clean and never let anyone have you by the balls.

Then as i'm typing this, I see on sportscenter that a running back for the Cardinals fucked up a woman and a kid(allegedly), this nigga mightve yelled and told her to catch her cut, but right now, in their eyes, he fucked her up. The beat keeps rollin on bruh. Context is everything, and right now, if you an NFL player, you can't even put your kids on punishment. You better do everything ya bitch say too because if you jump at her and she fall, exempt list cuh, and most likely suspension. Society changin, it don't take a village to raise a child no more in they eyes, but apparently it takes a village of nosey ass people to defend one. Remember, this nigga Kobe was playing during his RAPE case fam. PLAYING, going to court then droppin 30 and he wasn't even vilified for it, white america just made it so this nigga AP can't even be around the team, that was only 10 years ago.
