Hell yes. That was one of the most amazing albums I have ever heard. My mom even liked it and the only hip hop she fucks with is Tupac Tech n9ne and the occasional Bone song. The thing is this album doesn't fall under hip hop for me, shit was like a big painting telling a story.

I bought a copy for my mother too because she loves Bob Marley.

Hell yeah, or the next best thing a Firm reunion (Nas, Sosa, Foxy, Mega and Nature)....

Fuck a Distant Relatives sequel, the original was boring and overrated at the same damn time.

Haha, they haven't been on a track together for so long who knows how the chemistry would be.. An entire Nas and AZ album in 2014?? I just can't see it. It'd be nice to hear a song though. They got enough songs together to make an album already plus the Firm.

Don't think any of them really have relationships with each other other than maybe Nas and AZ. Not sure who Mega is still cool with.

The first one turned out to be so surprisingly good, didn't really know what to expect and wasn't pumped to hear a collab album in the first place, that's y I say surprisingly, shit is a classic to me and would like to see what they could do a 2nd time around

Mega is cool with all of them besides Nas, they squashed it years back but there's interviews and videos showing mega never really let that shit go, I always felt like nas' verse on American gangster wouldn't sit well with Mega, even though it was more slick talk towards jay than anything

Side note: it'll be dope to see Nas and D'Angelo collaborate.. my fav rapper and my fav singer on a track together!?.. one can only wish..

My head would fuckin explode. D is my favorite singer of the past 20 years. He need to quit playin with that James River album.

dope songs but i would rather just one hot song or 2 from them on future solo projects. im not a fan of consistent collab albums i think artists should make one hot collab album per artist and keep it moving. Although a nas and AZ joint would be dope as hell too.

Sometimes sequels don't live up to the original but I want to see where they can go with there next project.

Fuck yeah...Like Reapin said, my mom een loved that shit...College Dropout, Tupac Greatest Hits, Distant Relatives...Some of the only rap albums I can play in the car wit her without her takin the shit out...

Excellent album, I'd love if they hooked up for another one. I still want that Nas & AZ album too though

What is this, an appreciation thread for all the albums which will never receive a budget? Ain't no label financing a second DR, they probably barely recooped from the first.
