False but it would be a bad move

How is this false? Vick is a 3 time probowler, he is a better overall player than kolb, and proved yesterday that he can still make plays in the NFL.....If Vick doesn't start next week it's because of politics and racism period.

Vick is gonna start regardless.

Its for politics i agree with that.. what i will say is that they talk about black qbs and white qbs different it has always been the case.. they would never do Brady or Manning the way they did Mcnabb..

yea vick should start, because kolb has a concussion and i wouldn't take any chances if i were philly

How many concussions did kolb suffer yesterday-2? I would like Vick to start but they paid kolb all that money and made him the starter so they will be going with him. Kolb has to rally the team behind him and play better, this could really blow up in the face of kolb, reid and the eagles org. "If I was in there the whole game we would've won" "I'm not naive to the fact that I'm 30"

No because it was one game.

I say Kolb should start the next game if he's healthy. If he don't pick up the slack by halftime, throw Vick back in and let him do his thing and hope he stays consistent throughout the year. He had a great second half last night but he always showed signs of being great one game then the next game completely blowing up and going for 3 int's and running when he shouldn't.

Eagles need to draft a QB next year or trade for one though, I don't think Kolb is the answer, dude came in n played good last year and people overhyped him as they always do with backup QB's. And Vick is too old at this point to be a long time starter.

If Brady or Manning were Philly QB's you could bet your ass they would see the same fate.

Yeah I know he has to start because of the concussion anyway. I wonder how he'll do.

From what I saw last night Kolb should start no matter what. I think Vick needs to work on his throwing way more before he can be a top QB. Cuz he's getting to old to scramble like that but u can stay in the pocket and throw til ya 40.

no not yet, he still has it , and should use it. But I agree with you on his decision making, he threw an incomplete pass when he had the opportunity to run for the touchdown and he didn't, that was disheartening

no way

im an eagles Vick/ fan and all but if Green Bay had a whole week to prepare for Vick(outside of the wildcat) he wouldnt have been that nice

problem wit Kolb is he needs time in a city that isnt patient

Based off the "concussion" I'd keep Kolb sitting and start Vick...also I picked him up in a fantasy league in place of sam bradford because bradford will be done by week 3 throwing 85 passes a game...
keep throwing till his arm falls off .....again

Mcnabb was their 11 years and he was never appreciated...what makes you think kolb will be treated differently???

not about being appreciated dudes want W's in the standings NOW completely forgetting we got a dude that has made 2 starts prior to yesterday

when McNabb took over we were horrible and he took us to the NFC Title Game in his 2nd year starting and teased us year after year

when Kolb took over we've had 1 losing season in 11 years alot of people dont want to "wait" for him to develop hense all the start Vick post and threads on the internet over the last 24 hours

3. You don't just sit your newly crowned franchise QB after one half of uninspiring play. Kolb actually played very well last year when he filled in for McNabb, people can't forget he actually is capable of being a good QB. But I voted for he killed dogs to piss dark off.

I also don't think Vick woud have been so successfull had the packers had a better game plan... but inside you know I'm hoping they did plan for Vick and he shit on them anyways.

he has to start...nfl states that a player must sit out x amount of games after a concussion...the real question is if the eagles win all their games until kolb comes back, do the eagles start him over vick...especially if vick goes something like 5-1

You sure this is right? Cuz I hear a lotta people on ESPN saying what should they do next game? And they asked Reid who was gonna start next game. If it's the rule a lotta people don't know about it.

do not. i repeat do not compare aaron rodgers to fuckn kevin kolb. for starters my nigga A-Rod was a first rounder and if the 49ers weren't so dumb he woulda been the #1 overall draft pick.

The only comparison is that they are both qb's in the NFC
