During Club Appearance (VIDEO)

Chris Brown was onstage at a San Jose nightclub early Sunday morning when gunshots rang out, wounding 5 people ... and it was all caught on video.

Brown was singing at 1:20 AM and the crowd seemed peaceful ... then, suddenly, gunshots ring out, sending everyone including Chris into panic.

Four people were rushed to the hospital and one victim left and showed up at the ER later.

Several people were detained but it's unclear if anyone was arrested.

Brown was not injured.

Anyone remember the episode of Rap City when Ghostface was the guest and Big Tigger was the host, and Tigger asked Ghost what was in the duffle bag? Ghost got real secretive and defensive about why he was asking, and basically told him he had a "body in the bag". Tigger kept asking and Ghost got real cold and punked him. As the show would continue through breaks and videos, Tigger would be sitting further and further away from Ghost during the interview because he was scared of him.

I was just listening to the Final Level Podcast with Ice T and Mick Benzo. Mick used to manage Fat Joe and he, Fat Joe and Ja Rule were doing 2 shows in Angola and the promoter tried to keep them there going on three weeks when someone told them "you best get out of here, this guy is trying to keep you guys here." Needless to say, they fled to the airport and had to pay their own tickets out of the country.

He also revealed that DMX was pretty much kidnapped in Angola and his manager had to go to the American consulate to get him out.

This is also the place where those concert promoters were kidnapped after Nas no-showed.

Angola ain't no joke!
