The cartels are motivated by greed and Isis is motivated by religious fanatics. Isis won't fold but for the right price the cartels will. I got Isis they have a lot more sophisticated weapons, a motivated army and make a lot of money to support themselves.

My point is to address the growing violence in Mexico we can do more as a country than build a fence ...but we don't because of the money to made in the illegal drug market

Really addressing the violence in Mexico should be a top priority considering the violence often times bleeds over across the border to America

And the fact that the kidnapping and killing of American tourists by these Mexican drug cartels is becoming fairly common

It'll also curtail illegals coming to America seeking refuge from the violence
