Where else in life are the repercussions that extreme? Not a single case did any of these people deserve to die. They all could've easily been avoided but police escalated situations by using excessive force.

How crazy would it sound if you heard a mother killed her child because they didn't listen? Or a teacher killed a student because they were unruly? Or a customer killed a waiter because they brought out the wrong food.
