you maybe healthy now, but there are long term adverse affects of access weight. it's been shown in study after study that overweight/obese individuals have shorter life expectancies than people of a healthy weight.
doesnt matter what you say...people will find excuses to do what they want or to be the way they are...
yea we know...working out sucks, especially for people that have never been active...but the rewards are great...
im always amused when i see heavy women (just an observation) that have obviously spent time on their hair...nails...makeup...etc
but cant spare 30 min. 3 times a week for the gym? i dont get it
