so when i was a studious college nigga, i worked for AT&T. The new people had this training period, on top of a 30 day probation period. for some reason the new joints figured the supervisors and asst supervisors had the clout to ensure they made it to a permanent position. this in turn exposed all the jumpoffs, and drove them into trying to fuck they way into a job. whether some of the cats needed the extra boost or not, the position was lucrative.
