even if it was new/innovative that doesn't mean they would select it. Half this rap shit now a days is monkey see monkey do, they aren't gonna try to do something thats too far out there when they can make a hit by getting a beat similar to the ones that are hot right now. Plus there are a lot of producers right now that have a lot of variety in their beats. T-minus, hit-boy, sounwave, 40, kanye, no i.d., clams casino, etc.... I know a lot of them have been doing it for a while but they aren't the names you mentioned and they're still relevant right now.
