90's had way more wack cartoons that's when classic Saturday morning cartoons died but there were some great ones.

some of the best ones i don't think have been mentioned, shows like Eek the Cat and the Terrible ThunderLizards, Bucky O'Hare, Toxic Avenger, The Tick, Mega Man, Superman Animated Series, Addam's Family, Earthworm Jim and especially Tiny Toons are all gems from that era.

Power Rangers and Pokemon were both wack as hell though and bring down the 90's.
