Roscoe is one of the best to come out of Philadelphia.. Saddens me to say this but, he is a rat. He is up CFCF right now fighting a body... told on his man supposed to get like a 10 to 20 or something.. Just had to pay a little debt to society was on quarantine saw him spit in some bul face cause he kept talkin lol..
