There are good black men who are bad at relationships just like there are white/asian/mexican/puerto rican men and women w/ the same issues! Its not one race or one sex EVERYBODY has issues, there is no perfect person unless Jesus came back and I didn't realize. I just hate when people try to generalize the blame and project it on on one sex or one race.The first step to resolution is personal accountability.

I like Rob Thicke's music, but I don't really pay much attention to what he says about liking Black Women and all that. I don't really take any stars seriously when it comes to real topics like that, because frankly most of them aren't very smart or articulate. I like Paula Patton a lot too, but I doubt her "black experience" is/was really that bad considering she's half white and a light bright.

Actually not me at all. I'm indifferent to Robin Thicke as I am to most celebrities. I agree with him about some black women needing to stop saying there are no good black men but I don't agree with him thinking that saying there are not that many good white men would help his point. It just made him sound like all the other people who constantly generalize a group as being a certain way as though just because they are a part of that group it entitles them to make such a claim.

youre right black women can date who they want. we, and specifically i, couldnt care less who you lay with. if you like white men...do you. enjoy.

i dont think thicke was saying this to get bruhs to buy his album becuz if he knows anything about us at all he knows that we dont buy albums...we bootleg and d/l the shit outta everything. his audience is black women. period. he even says it.
