This hurts not just cause I'm a tribe fan but also that diabetes runs on both sides of my family. My grandparents always tell me my brothers and sisters towatch our diet cause that shit is no joke. My grandpa had to take meds everyday until the day he died and my grandma is always in and out the hospital. Sad shit. And I just made a reunion thread for them a few months ago heard they was working on some new stuff

I saw Tribe open for Shabba Ranks (of all people) back in the day at a giant Reggaefest.

The crowd was more of a reggae crowd than a hiphop crowd but when Phife starting chattin' some rhymes patois style, the place went bezerk...

Dude was a legend.
