its actually called criminal harassment and civil rights violations have even been used in bullying cases. One case you might want to check out is the Phoebe Prince situation. Most have got off with probation after accepting plea agreements. The criminal harassment and civil rights violations could have brought significant jail time. Their age was a deciding factor in sentencing.

edit....here's the first major case to hit trial. Reslted in probation because there was a mistrial declared for the major charge of conspiracy but if there was no mistrial her maximum sentence could have been twenty years. 20 FUCKIN YEARS! Bitch had online aliases and everything.

Aight its 7:45 here but whatever. None of the 5 ppl i messaged from La'Miya's facebook friend list replied to a message or friend request. No responses on my wall post of Annapolis High, Bowie High, or Glen Burnie High's facebook pages.

Somebody from the 301 just called my phone. To see my number they had to be a friend of a friend so... sumbody added a Maryland nigga who may be JJ.
