Dude its not even about Ross vs. Em, its about accolades in hip-hop going to the best product not the most popular. You just admitted urself that there are better albums out this year than Recovery. Are you not getting tired of seeing this white boy win Grammy after Grammy for subpar material while emcees with better music are being ignored?? Stop turning a blind eye to wats happening here. Like I said I could care less how many ppl buy Ems records, that's their choice. But when there is consensus in the hip-hop community that Ems music is not the best out here yet he keeps winning awards saying he is the best, shouldnt we have a problem with that?

Where u saying this when Em was winning Multiple Source Awards back in the day (when The Source was considered by most the hip-hop bible). As I mentioned before aside from Rolling Stone it was the hip-hop community meaning websites, magazines and blogs that showed Recovery the most love so IDK what u talking about. U not gonna get any creditability by using a wack ass rapper who makes shitty music like Ross as a rallying point for your crusade or Drake both to me dropped wack shit that I feel Recovery is better or the absurb claim that you made that Ross wouldve been applauded in 1997 if you know Em history at that time period of he performing @The Lyricist Lounge opening up for Big Pun, Wu tang or ripping Mics on the Sway and King Tech show with JUICE arguably 1 of the best freestylers of alltime that had underground labels like Rawkus, Duck Down, Fat Beats, Landspeed courting him something an artist like Ross or Drake lack of talent cannot do... The better question is was Big Boi nominated what about Nas and Damian Marley, or The Roots artist of that caliber most likely no..and this is Soul Train and BET hip hop awards were talking about so it aint Em's fault that the right shit is not getting nominated...
