He's consistent too. You know what you're gonna get from a Rick Ross album. One could take this as a lack of creativity but a lot of artists are inconsistent and fall off. Since he found that sweet spot musically he's stayed in his lane.

Hood billionaire was trash. Only blemish on his record in my opinion.

Would Ross outshine 50 on a track?

Hell nah.

Top 10 beat picker, great entrepreneurial example for rappers, took someone else's persona to accentuate his ( which 50 has in common to keep it 100)

That's about it.

Ross has been one of the most consistent rappers in the game. He's dropped three albums that I believe have no skippable tracks: Deeper than Rap, Black Dollar, Better You Than Me

Niggas actin like good ear for beats is all he got, he is a decent Rapper, Imo better than 50 ever was lyrically, picking good beats and creating a vibe/mood with ur songs is a gift not a crutch. The reason some of y'all Favorite lyrical miracle rappers put the masses to sleep is cuz they can't do that n can't put together albums like Ross, put respeck on his pen game

HIS LEGACY IS BEING COOL TO BE FAT IN THE 2000'S...

THAT'S WHY HIS RECORDS DON'T SELL ANYMORE...

HE'S LOST THAT CHUBBY CHARM...

Hes a good rapper. Has some memorable tracks. Verses tho? I can think of a few good ones. I think he'll continue to be successful. For how much longer remains to be seen

With the exception of "Hood Billionaire" his catalog is solid and I can admit that he is still evolving as an emcee but his greatest pro is his ear for beats.
