There is no statute on murder... and I *think* that's what you get charged with if you pay someone for a hit. But Puffy won't be charged. Too many years, too many ppl dead and gone, witnesses are jailhouse snitches, etc...

Did Puffy actually hire crips/MOB rivals for security and muscle? Probably.

Did Puffy put bounties on Deathrow chains? Maybe.
