Remember when Kanye West ruined Lil Wayne's winning streak on "Lollipop"?

Nah, Kanye's verse was tight, but Wayne's latex / late text single-handedly ended whatever Kanye was saying.

kanye has always outshined wayne when on the same track...lollipop just got most of main stream america remembering it. Yeezy was going through his autotune/depressed state and niggas mostly already wasn't respecting him lyrically eve though he been had bars. That lollipop remix and his vers eon put on made motherfuckers stop writing him off imo...

Wayne was featured on everybody's tracks WAAAAAAAY before '08. Whatchu talmbout? Drake and Nicki were both down with the team by that point. Young Money had been around for about 6 years by that point.

No, this is false. Wayne was featured on waaaay more songs that got radio airplay in 2008 compared to pre 2008. There's no arguing that. And most people didn't know who the fuck Drake or Nikki Minaj was in 2008. Drake and Nikki blew up in 09, not 2008.
