So here's your take in the NFL Thread on the Falcons Backup RB's and what u want when turner comes out

Nah, he's fine. He showed up to the unofficial OTA's 10 pounds lighter than his 2010 playing weight. But he's 29 and carries the ball as much or more than any other back.

Running backs only have about 3-4 years of prime performance. Word to Ladanian. Plus, we need a change of pace back. Turner (despite his nickname) is a BRUISER, not a burner. We need a slasher that's good for catching screens and check-downs to keep the D off balance.

Last year we just had Turner and Snelling -- both had great seasons, but Snelling is just giant version of Turner style-wise.

explain how this is any different then what bush was to the saints and also exactly what we're trying to explain to you??....

Nice reach bruh. smh.

I also said in numerous threads that we need a good 3rd corner. So I guess that means I can't speak the truth (based on facts) about any nickelback in the NFL just because the Falcons need one? What kind of *ignant* ass shit is that? lol.

That's like if a team needs a quarterback with a strong arm, that means they can't critique Drew Bledsoe or Jay Cutler when they're playing like shit?

Miss me. Please.

if miami doesn't get a back to weaken the defense....bush won't do shyt....cuz everywhere he has had success he had a bruiser to do the dirty work.......lendale white at usc and duece his rookie year

On the saints.....brees is most deadly off the playaction.....in 2009 the were 5th in rushing offense........and his pa game was unstoppable.....last year without that it was too predictable....I think they gonna be str8

You right. Bush had a pro-bowl year in '09. I'm trippin.

Stop playing dumb nigga. You are well aware of how players can make impacts w/o the ball in their hands. In basketball, LeBron James demands attention creating wide open shots 4 his shooters. Reggie Bush creates similar problems on the field. He creates 1 on 1 matchups for other players and sometimes allow players to slip out unnoticed. He has to be accounted for each play whether he gets the ball or not and you know this

Upon further review, I realize that yo azz didn't even comprehend what I said about the SB in the first place so you're irrelevant. You were talkin' like I said their Super Bowl win was a fluke.

Typical knee jerk reaction 'cause I'm a Falcon fan. smh.

The whole argument went over your head from either side, so you can run along, bruh. lol

Greenwood... you're digging yourself in a hole b

Aight, breh. I have all the reason in the world to defend the Saints offensive abilities. Falcons fans just love the Saints, and vice versa.

Yeah, I'm in a hole out chea.

Reading comprehension is so underrated.

Yall some fools, outside of the Lions picking up Farley and the Falcons picking up Jones, the saints had the best pick up in the draft. Ingram or however you spell it will be a beast and the perfect compliment to Drew Breeze. Only loser I see is Bush for going to a team that will never win again. But I guess if its money and hoes you want then Miami is the place.

I must admit, I always figured Bush would be average at best in the NFL, so I didn't even flinch when the Saints drafted him.

But when they drafted Ingram?

Just a little. lol. If he's anything like he was @ Bama, we gon' need reinforcements on the interior D-line.

Been saying this since they drafted Ingram, everyone got hype about it "Oh Shit Saints got ingram" , but Pierre Thomas and Ivory all run the same way...

they really dont have any speed at all coming out of the backfield now losing bush, when they try to run the same plays when bush is hurt it really shows ...Bush wasnt nothing great but he did fit that system...

now they got a bunch of slow power backs

He isnt Chris Johnson but Ivory runs a 4.4. I Know this isnt blazing but the other 2 are 4.6 guys.

Bush is very overrated. Greenwood's right about that.

But is it possible for this not to happen? Cuz I dunno why Bush wouldn't test the open market (by not agreeing to the terms the dolphins offer). Cuz if he doesn't the Saints hafta give him $11 mill or cut him and let him test the market out.

he will love being in Miami, so expect for him and his current girl to break up soon

I think the Saints should have kept him

I guess i'm one of the few who thinks this is a great move...Miami isn't going to be the same team after the moves they've made. They'll be more of a passing team with Marshall, Bess, Soprano and now Bush. They have a really good O-line and already have their bruiser back in 2nd rd pick Daniel Thomas from K St. If you've seen him play, dude is the truth. Reggie will have a similar role as he did in N.O. but i think he'll have more touches. Plus he's added some strength in the off-season. I still think the Colts should've went after him but i think the Dolphins were the next best option with what they have going on.

Before the free agent stuff kicked off, when it came to the Saints offense, I said we had to keep either Lance Moore or Reggie Bush

We keeping Lance so the offense we still be good going forward

Reggie played his part during the Super Bowl run so I can't hate on dude
