His early work was a little too new wave for my tastes, but when Recovery came out this year, I think he really came into his own, commercially and artistically. The whole album has a clear, crisp sound, and a new sheen of consummate professionalism that really gives the songs a big boost. He's been compared to Nas and Jay-Z, but I think Eminem has a far much more bitter, cynical sense of humor.

em hasnt said anything new or interesting in 10 years. this recovery album was just like the rest of his albums--a couple introspective songs and a lot of songs with no continuity/cohesiveness.

blueprint cant compare to illmatic either

Recovery for me was by far the worst hip-hop/rap album i have ever heard.

It is comical how horrible it is.

I don't care how many people buy it.....how many people bought C3, exactly.
