First of all, mediums are fake.

Second, people do "magic" and shit like that all the time in the Bible and some people even say they do it in Church, and they call that perfectly alright. They only have a problem with it when you don't do it "in the name of Jesus."

Is Christian. And her father died years ago.

She got news from a medium about her father. And today on facebook is posting how much she miss him that she is overwhelmed from the news from the medium that the medium was talking to him etc etc

Now my only thing is knowing that the Bible says it is a no, no, from God taking part in such practices.. would you tell the person.. or let them find out for themselves and look at it as though if they've gotten some comfort out of the medium visit, then let it be.

I personally am leaning toward not saying a thing. Ever.

She has spoken to me many a time about her father when we worked and online, and can only be sympathetic as am not in the same situation. Just for me who finds the medium encounters to be deceiving, I feel sorry that she is and many people feel the need to know where their loved ones are at and what is happening and what messages they may have for them...

well if you know it's no good, (which it isn't) you should let her know, it's not of the Most High for her to be dealing in that. The hard part is trying to break it down to her, does she believe in the bible? if so you can show her where it states once we die we know nothing, so it's no way for a medium to be speaking to her father & you can also show her the example of how a servant of the LORD was trying to summon the dead since the LORD stop providing him with answers to his questions & the servant thought they were speaking to the dead personbut in end he was really speaking to satan. But if you don't say anything to her, then her blood may fall back on your hands....

Personally I would tell her not to bother with it and that the medium in reality won't do anything for her if she's serious about her "beliefs" she shouldn't have a need to see a medium
