Eminem talks about his life experiences like

Growing up in poverty

Being a father

Relationship with his ex wife

Relationship with his family

Drug addiction

Politics

Troubles with the law

Being in love

Eminem is a very personal Artist the most personal Artist out there period that actually talks about these topics i listed that the average person also goes through in their life so his Music is so easy to relate to what seperates him from other MC's is he actually say's deep things in his Music and the emotion he put's in his Music is un matched by anyone else

You don't get any deeper and more substance then with a Song like Mockingbird or Beautiful for example anyone that is a proud parent or ever been through struggles will connect with those Song's and even if you aren't a parent yet or never experienced struggles in life you can still appreciate those Song's cos of the deep message and emotion
