Ghostface is close but he only has 9 solo albums. And Common discography is pretty tight. Killah Priest discography is dope too. Maybe Mc Eiht and Buckshot if you add the Cmw and Blackmoon albums. But I think Nas got the best overall catalog. Especially if you add in Lost Tapes. Common is very close though.

It's damn near even imo. I prefer Nas' discography but Ghost is on the goat list too w/ all his solo shit plus his Wu stuff.
