Rakim>Tupac

Follow me into a solo, get in the flow,
And you could picture, like a photo,
Music makes mellow, maintains to make,
Melodies for MCs, motivates the breaks.
I'm everlasting; I can go on for days and days,
With rhyme displays that engrave deep as x-rays.

That's some dope shit right there

I will say tho

Me Against The World>>>>>Rakim's catalogue

The same catalogue that has Paid in Full and Let the Rhythm Hit 'Em?

Paid in Full is tied with Straight Outta Compton with being the most influential Hip-Hop album.

Let the Rhythm Hit 'Em is just as great of a body of work as MATW, if not better.

Eric B. & Rakim's 2nd and 4th albums are pretty dope as well.

Rakim changed the game....period. There was no one talking about 5% references and black nationalism at the level he was at the time......
