Second year defence that was ass cheeks in the beginning but now leads the league in causing turnovers. They didnt give up a TD in like 10 quarters...against playoff teams no less.

Offence was completely redesigned from a tactical deep threat to a spread offence that works its way methodically down the field. Becoming the most potent offence in the league...all in the span of like 4 to 5 games. The offence hasnt turned the ball over in 11 games...NO TURNOVERS...whatsoever. Turned Green-Ellis and Woodhead (n/h) into formidable one two punch (Green Ellis might reach 1000 yds this season) when both were cast aways. Took two rookie TEs and incorporated them into this same offence and both are now pro-bowl capable TEs. This dude is on a next level...
