I bought the deluxe edition. You can tell that this album was supposed to be sequenced different. One CD was supposed to have all Social type songs and the other CD, Love. Instead the label made him smashed some songs on 1 CD and mix everything all up. The music is still up to par of course but it would sound even better if it came out as intended.

What stores do they have this cd at?? SMH @ the diminishing cd selection in stores but I like to buy physical copies for the cover and all that..
but what should I go with the Deluxe or regular?? And it sold 45k first week (which is the exact same amount as the last cd.. probably the same people.. lol). Not horrible... but it could have been a lot better. He deserves to be doing 100k+..

It's more music and good music at that not the usual filler type material when people do 2 disc albums. But yeah, he should be doing 100k the first week at the LEAST. Word is bond.. but Maxwell has been around.. thats why he has that fan base.. and especially for a comeback album.. Whitney did similar numbers and Sade did 500k first week. But I agree... the talent level is crazy. I been fuckin with Raheem since The Love Experience.. and when I first heard Bulletproof I really thought it was Marvin Gaye... and thats the greatest compliment I could give... almost how D'Angelo was so Prince-esque on Untitled.... The reason I ask what store is because I was at Fred Meyer looking in the technology section and they didn't have it.. don't know if yall have Fred Meyers on the east coast but we do out here. But usually I do buy my albums from Target and Best Buy and stuff.. so I'll check out those stores.. just haven't got around to it.

I got mines from target. the deluxe was sold out, I thought about going to another store or waiting for them to restock but decided to just go with the regular version instead
