Don't get it twisted. Not every Dominican acts like that. Most of the Dominicans we met were cool. And regardless of whether or not they call themselves black, they clearly relate more to black people than others. Whenever, we went on tours or did anything like that, they would kick it and talk to us like regularly people, while it was basically business as usual with the whites and other groups.
