Why do we need to remove all illegal immigrants, why not grant them citizenship? They came here for a reason, mainly because the poverty in their areas was too severe for them to live and provide for their family, is there something wrong with people coming here a better life?

no but we are reaching our capacity for holding people, and there are certain things that must be met in order to give them citizenship. we could change the law, but it hasnt happened yet. I work with mexicans, and they are good people (i speak multiple languages) i personally wouldnt report someone for being an illegal immigrant (i couldve done it throughout my whole life if i wanted to. again my mother teaches ESL) but it is the goverments job to uphold the laws, and if they dont uphold it then they are breaking their own law in my opinion. sometimes the government has to be the bad guy.

The truth is they seen mexicans coming, they realized a few were bringing drugs into the country, and the created this shit all through the media that Illegal Immigrants were all here to commit crime and too many people bought into it thats why theyre really deporting them and looking for them. I do agree that we are full as a country, we have too many people as it is, but theyre singeling out one race to do it. Perhaps the government should cut back on all its bullshit spending and save billions from it and create jobs with the money, that would be part of a solution, why not offer them transportation and green cards to less populated areas of America that could use more people. I know what your saying but Americas reputation is supposedly built on people coming here for a better life, they need to find a solution telling someone to get the fuck out aint it.

I wont argue that the government isnt corrupt, i see it too. about the mexicans and drugs...if i walked into youre house and sat down and had a conversation, then youre house gets shot up because people were looking for me, would you let me come back? YOU may, and i may in the same situation, but the government is not us. and i might lose my job as a dishwasher (big woop but its all i got right now) because the mexicans work cheaper. 4.50 vs 7.50 explains a lot. if i didnt work faster, and harder, i might seriously be worried. but i wouldnt deport her to save myself... i was just saying that to show that there is some truth to the mexican job theiving.
