I worked in the banking industry for a few years and still have friends that do. And they will be the first to admit that Black people have a much more stringent criterion applied to them. In the industry there is a well known secret called Black credit/White Credit. Where your credit worthiness is based on factor like your race where you live, etc.. This has been proven true by the recent exposure of Wells Fargo by the NAACP, who did a fine job uncovering this until the master came by with a piece of chicken and buttered biscuit and them hambones sold out.

And don't tell me when I would walk into a interview with Mr. White and tight, that his prejudices and bad experience with black males don't come into play in subconscious or conscious mind. Great post......white people STILL fail to understand that blacks still get mistreated by the banking and criminal justice system. There's no excuse for blacks with the same credit score and same income as whites to STILL get turned down for loans at higher rates compared to whites of the same income and credit score. This happens all the time.....blacks are still more likely to get MORE jail time and harsher sentences compared to whites with the EXACT SAME RECORD.
