As advanced robotics and genetic engineering approach (probably fully integrable, simultaneously, within the next 50-75 years), humans will be all the more united. The counterparts we create, however, will become our new victims of discrimination; That is, if they don't dominate us first.

He is saying that who the "nigger" is and who the "cracker" is will change not that discrimination is going to go away you stupid fuck. So for example normal humans will become the niggers and the genetically enhanced humans will be the crackers. It's just super evolved racism except this time there really will be a superior race of people no matter THEIR color.

If the worlds current wealth imbalance stays the same THE FUTURE super evolved humans will most likely be white, because their ancestors WOULD have been the only people with enough money to afford to give their children genetic upgrades.
