When niggas from other regions talk about a southern sound, I will always associate the beats UGK, No Limit, Cash Money, Suave House, Outkast, Goodie Mob, and the 36 Mafia rapped over as being the southern sound. I understand there's a ton of southern sounds, but the sound those artists used really personified the south to me.

The pimp is an obvious influence to Krit. Just wish he got to make music with him while he was alive. The both of them would've made great music together.
 
Damn i thought it was Dec 6th or 7th.

After reading that book Julia Beverly wrote I got a entire new understanding of the pimp.
