Static is one of my favorites but quicksilver's got him. I mean shit his best defenses against a speed blitz come from blocking bullets.

Quicksilver is not The Flash. He's definitely not faster than lightning and his speed is overrated. He cannot bum rush Static or anyone else with a shield.

Don't let that movie fool you.
