So I just opened my third eye and spoke to god. He said as we know Jesus was a carpenter, well apperantly, this is from gods own mouth, when he was a child he was taught in geology and black magic. He didnt create nor not create for any reason other than it was his job and he had to pay his bills. Being a builder runs in the family. Since I am a god myself, i think its time for a career change, tommorow i will devote my life to architectural studies.

Like what if the whole satan 'challenging' god thing was actually something occurring in the mind of god. If god created everything which would include evil and all that that entails, it was a creation within his mind; a thought or idea. And maybe that evil tried to rise up and take over the mind of god but god resisted and rejected it.

Maybe that was the meaning behind god 'saying' not to eat of the tree of knowledge of good and evil. Because god knew from experience how strong evil can persist in a mind. And if you had not wisdom or understanding to go along with that knowledge, the evil could easily consume someone.

I think you already answer it, because with the use of fear they can keep people tied to their cause, unwilling to look elsewhere for answers, and willing to do whatever asked by the higher ups because they dont want eternal hell. The people who started religion do teach some very good life lessons we all should follow. But they were also some of the greediest, deadliest, evilist, manipulative people to ever walk.

I would like to believe there is a certain "respect" that is attached to God's understanding of fear but who knows? If fearing God truly meant that we should go around feeling like we have to live up to God's standard in order to avoid Hell, then we are already in Hell because of this truth.

Your right in a sense because before the earth and this universe was formed, Angels were already in existence. I mean God has eternity in back of Him and in front of Him. I don't think God was twiddling His thumbs waiting for mankind to come on the scene of things.
