I think people mess up when they try to rationalize GOD with a human mindset. I feel GOD is all-knowing. If he controlled our actions what would be the point of life? We have a choice to do right and wrong, its not forced.
(Off-topic,just felt the need to say it) When I was younger I used to (still kinda do) think that every other planet was a civilzation just like ours who met their end in different kinds of ways,which is why some are too cold,too hot,etc.,and we are headed towards our own because we dont respect what he has given us. We already had everything needed to sustain life. Don't get me wrong I love technology, I just feel most of it isn't necessarily needed and if it is needed its because of some previous technologies failure.
