Does man sometimes get the upper hand over god.

First off there were all these diseases and illnesses that killed everyone, God made people die for thousands of years over these and as we advanced we were able to construct medicines that made some of the illnesses your everyday occurance and the risk of death now is very very low.

2.) Space, in the bible God says he made space just for fun, and that it has no real meaning other than showing what he can do. Now if you believe in the bible, you would know he made it have no oxygen and gravity and etc., the only logical reason he would have made this is so no man could enter space without dying. The bible also tells a ducktale of how some tried to build a ladder to the heavens (space) and god trashed it and he says no structure shall ever be built that can reach the heavens (space). Well again over time we have been able to go into space with OUR creations. Soon we may even be able to travel amongst space and who knows we may find life somewhere out there.

3.) God is to be the only one who can create things, even though living things often mate to reproduce it is considered "God" who is really creating them. That is of course until we learned to clone. We have been able to acually clone animals that have lived, and we have the ability to create animals that are mixed species. Once stem cell research gets on and popping we will be able to create humans with whatever traits we feel like.

4.) God claims he built everything in space just to prove his might to us, for his own personal enjoymentmany also believe out the billions (possibly trillions possibly an infinite number)of galaxies we are the only with life. Yet again with our advancement of knowledge we now know alot of things in space do serve a relative purpose as to how the Earth and other planets function. Proving that it wasnt just for Gods entertainment but more or less these things exist because they have to, if they didnt we would either have ended up evolving very differently and more than likely never made it here to begin with. So if God did it because he needed to for the Earth to work, why does he not say that, why does he say its for his own pleasure.

It being lost in translation is possible, but wouldnt god at some point have told people that instead of so many dying, theres a plant right outside your hut that will heal you dummy. We know for a fact though that they didnt use medicine then at least not the type that will do much, they did have opiums and stuff that did minor things but nothing near what could have saved people.

perhaps i was unclear at the end. I spefically meant that people who were writing the book (to be even more clear PEOPLE who were writing the book i.e. making up a book to pass on morales) messed up. but its possible that god said these things and people couldnt translate, and when he tried to tell them later people claimed the spoken too were crazy?

Many have come and made attempts to explain the existence of God and what it is that God should and shouldn't be doing. We might have that right if we were the one's who created God through the books we call sacred; that maybe the culprits didn't make God holier enough or forgiving enough; that God didn't quite make creation with the specifications we come to associate with the sciences. But if God exists, what right do we have in explaining a deity? Does God need to explain Himself? Even those who have the books that claim God's Existence, can they truly say they know God?

No one really can explain a god, unless we are god of course. None of us have lived as a god and therefor know nothing about it. All the things in books mean nothing, there is no way to know what god is able to do and what it thinks.
