wait.. huh??

i think u misunderstood me..

im good..

KTULU touched on it in an earlier post.. people who dont believe in afterlife actually take full advantage of everything that life has to offer..
so its easy to understand how we can see each day as a "blessing" ..to us.. this is all we got and we're goin to make the best of it..

NOW those who swear paradise is awaiting them look dumb as fuck afraid to get there.. and considering everyday away from it a "blessing" when they're living in hell..

Cool, you reject my deposit. That all good.

Yet I question men heavily who believe they are getting all that life has to offer yet dont believe in an afterlife?

I don't even think you can really begin to live lfe, unless you are aware that their is something after this life, as well as the next.

How is an afterlife not part of what life has to offer?

Lets look at this combination of words "After" meaning later, to follow in time or in place. We all know Life as we exist in it now.

So to say After Life would be to imply that after this existance we will do something else....something will follow, in place or in time.

Also why would you cite KTULU when their are men and women who have more credentials in Life, who have also lived longer and seen more and more importantly touched more lives.

Dont you live in Chicago? Why quote a white Atheist when You can Quote Somebody like Farrakahn for ex. Simple question, I know where this can go, I ain't trying you just asking you, simple question.

And I ain't asking nobody else this question but that man.

I wasn't alive before I was born and I won't be alive after I die. It's a neutral state.

I agree, it makes no sense to fear or desire something you'll never experience.

im not condeming shyt... im asking a question... u say nothin happens when u die... so in dat meaning life is pointless....

Nothing happening after death would make death meaningless, not life. 'Something' happens during life.

this is something I jus thought of... because in reality if u don't believe and any religion or supernatural being den u don't believe u have a soul .. meaning nothing happhen u die... so why be scared of dying if in reality 2 u living and dying is almost the same thing

Having a soul has nothing to do with believing in any religion or supernatural being.

my dude i question men who believe shit with no proof..
when i think of my afterlife i think of AFTER my life.. ii plan to have kids.. and i plan to bring them in and leave them in a better position then i did..

until u can prove the bullshit they tell u as a kid that most fear to grow out of.. it aint go worry me..
my goal is to leave on earth more then i took from it..

so yeh.. i believe in life afterlife ..but its the lives after my life thats my only concern..

and to answer ur question no im not from Chicago.. im from Los Angeles.. i dont know what that has to do with anything.. but whatever..
and KTULU's race doesnt have shit to do with shit.. im not ignorant.. nor will i tune out what someone says simply due to the color of their skin..

especially seein as the only color that concerns me is green..
the nigga makes sense when he speaks.. especially when it comes to disceditng shit that shouldnt be credible in the first place..

Look at how religious people sin, and sin, and sin, and sin. But they excuse it. "God will forgive me and I will go to Heaven."

This is immoral.

And it's even more immoral to force this superstition on impressionable young children, treating their minds like they're property of the religion.

If you don't believe in an afterlife, you're much more greatly motivated to live this life as best you can.

Being good simply because you fear punishment is not being good at all. It is being a slave.

I pity these religious people who excitedly say "Well you'll be sorry when you die and you have to face God!" They are no different from the pathetic house slaves who would gladly snitch on their brethren and mockingly say "Massa gonna whoop you good! You gonna be sorry, negro!"

Any true knowledgeable believer knows that "being good" isn't the credible key to going to Heaven so please stop with your shenanigans.

Nobody's innocent or perfect though in the eyes of The Most High. You, me or anyone on here so stop trying to use that , "religious people sin, sin, sin, sin" argument like you're spotless of any discrepancies in your so-called "wonderful" life ..

Naw, i believe life is about balance and karma. There are lots of people who believe in religion that do terrible shit, you're actions define you as a person, not your beliefs.

I personally don't believe in hell

I'll do and say whatever I please.

This is such a childish view of ethics, I can't help but laugh at you. I would divulge the many problems of authoritarianism to you, but that's a big boy word and your brain is still too small to understand it. And I know you won't bother to try looking it up and learning for yourself, either. St. Louis is home to some real dumb ass niggas.

im really starting 2 think u jus like trollin

You're missing the point, and probably deliberately so you can try to change the subject. Religious morality is based on authoritarianism, plain and simple. What is good? What God says is good. Obey and submit or you will be punished severely, forever.

Nobody's innocent or perfect though in the eyes of The Most High. You, me or anyone on here so stop trying to use that , "religious people sin, sin, sin, sin" argument like you're spotless of any discrepancies in your so-called "wonderful" life ..
First, it's horrific that you would actually worship a dictator that condemns the entire human race, from birth. How many newborns died in the great flood?

Second, I never said I'm a perfectly good guy. But my reasons for doing good are superior to yours, since they're not simply based on "might makes right."

When it comes to religious threads Ktulu does anything but troll.
He does more on the lines of sonning cats like you.

KTULU, be honest. You get a kick out of trolling and sonning these religious folks.

Actually it irritates me. They use the same old arguments over and over. "Why we still got monkeys?" Did a fucking diamond thread on that shit.

They think I'm trolling because I do often troll the IC, so they can't tell the difference between when I'm being serious and when I'm joking. That's my fault, but it doesn't bother me. I try to be as clear as I can when I'm having a genuine discussion.

How am I trolling Nas stans? He really did lose. This is common knowledge, outside of faggoty internet backpack "conscious real Hip Hop" rap fan circles, I guess.

I think what is funny is that non-believers, for the most part, are all not scared to die. They don't believe therefore there's nothing to expect. The light switch just goes off and that's it, no consciousness.

Believers on the other hand are afraid to die. Many of them laugh and say, "Nah! I'm going to heaven! I'm saved" but only they know their own PERSONAL "sins". So they suffer in wait, not knowing whether if they die do they really go to heaven or hell. Death is the one of the biggest things talked about in a church, and I remember one time the pastor was on the subject of telling his people that "you don't know if you really will go to heaven". The church was shook as fuck in the end.

So we live on a no worry living and we take out own responsibilities for everything good and bad.

Believers live on a big worry living, scared of heaven and hell and if there really is a god, and take NO responsibilities for their actions good and bad.

So in the end we win.

So, Nas is not the best hip hop artist? Don't lie to yourself, KTULU. Don't lie.

Best in terms of fucking what? He doesn't have the best album, Biggie does. He doesn't have the most classics, Jay does. He isn't the best lyricist, Eminem is. He isn't the most influential, Tupac is.

Does his career have the most momentum today? Nope. Still begging a major record label massa, trying to release a b-sides mixtape as a real album to escape his deal he was dumb enough to sign in the first place.

Does he have the most respect in the game? Not even close. He's the most clowned rapper in history who wasn't clowned simply for being garbage, like Silkk Da Shocker, etc.

Does he have the most witty and original ideas? No, he just latches on to popular ideas, bases gimmick albums around them, and then can't even talk the label into using the album name he wants.

Nas Lost.

Why is everyone an atheist now??? Is that the new trend or to show how "real" you are? Alot of people are converting to that shit. If your an atheist fine, but IMO people are to prideful and think the world is theirs and they are to big and smart to know everything. Shit is getting out of hand fam.

I'm an atheist and u got a point. Niggas just saythey are just to seem cool or smart

Nigga said eminem is a better lyricist then Nas come on son.

I know most of you will take umbrage at that part. You can substitute your favorite lyricist in that spot if you want. Everything else I said is unassailable true fact.
