Punisher Vs. Batman Who Takes it?

I can't lie; what they did to Punisher in Civil War pretty much destroyed his entire tough guy persona. Captain America absolutely bitched that dude out, and Punisher pretty much took it. I can't see post-Civil War Punisher f*cking with Batman after that shit.

Easy... The Dark Knight! Batman only crutch is his no killing rule, but other than that he's the best super hero that can study you and out strategize you. He can turn your strengths into your weakness. Punisher comes in guns blazing, wouldn't be the first opponent batman handles thats shooting at him.

I'm pretty sure I was responding to someone who brought up a prep time scenario for Frank. Again, if both are allowed prep, Batman would take even more wins. While Frank's preptime is pretty good, he's not quite on Batman's level in that dept.

Yea but batman has walked into a room full of guns plenty of times and left without a scratch. He's a more skilled assassin than Frank, in fact the robins would be on an equal level with him with Dick Grayson and Damian Wayne having the advantage.
