How long is it before the ps4 shuts off? If it's curing on and off, it's probably because the processor is overheating.

Need to make sure your console not in any confine spaces. Thats asking for it to overheat

Its not on a confined space at all, I clean it with a duster often. Cheap ass system. I have my PS4 on a wooden table, but its not confined

I can play netflix and its fine, but once I load up this free game called Planetside 2 the mother fans sound like jet engines. I'm sending it back in for a new one that they say is technically not refurbished

Everytime I load up the game beta side and play it for 10 minutes it shuts off. The shutting off been happening the last 4-5 days. Before it would just sound loud as hell with out shutting off

Yep.....Sounds like the CPU is overheating. You might want to send it in for service.

Messed up thing is I took care of it, dusted it everyday barely used it. Maybe it was cause I kept it on a wood cocktail table? Or sony just sucks, my ps3 had some of the same issues

Yeap my ps3 started acting up about 3 or 4 same circumstances as your ps4 smh im still abusing this ps4.
