From what I've read Big L's dad wanted some money from the estate and the documentary has been shelved until the legal battle is cleared up. The doc has been made for over 12 years now.

The Lox - even though they do features together, an album is way overdue and I think that a Lox album would drop first vs the previously mentioned choices.

Off topic like a muthafucka but I just wanted to say production now is much better than it was in the 90s. The only difference between then and now is that nostalgia of certain songs override the fact that a lot of beats weren't that good compared to now. Production now took from the best elements of the 90s to hone a better sound sonically. You can see this with Kanye West, Drake, Jay-Z/Just Blaze, Jarule, Outkast, DMX, Dipset, 50 Cent and many others. Go ahead nosign me but it's true.

I feel ya. The only thing the 90s have over today is sampling, and even from there the greats of that era (Preemo, Alc, Pete Rock) have put out some of their best work within the past few years. As far as original beats it's not even close.
