Good points made. He's had a tough job. There are things I'd have liked him to have prioritised but I'm sure he had to fight tooth and nail for anything he achieved

Considering the type of obstructionist Congress he had to deal, he did accomplish a good bit of things.
Anybody who holds him at fault and not Congress for getting even more done, obviously don't understand how things work on the executive and legislative level.
