Nah man for me the 911 4S drive and look like a dream, they are my dream car, Im determined to get one at some point, but I dont want one more than a few years old max... But when I finally get rid of my M4 I want a 4X4 again, abit like you due to practicality, even my M4 isnt the most practical car even though it has two proper back seats...

But I found the 4S's and 996- onwards turbos to hold road like glue and as far as two seater sports cars go I think they safe/solid as fck... The 4S's and turbos have always had beautiful big fat bootys too haha although clearly you are probably safer in a Saloon like the M3/M4s or sedans like the Panamera or Rapid/Grand Coupes and GTs like Astons due to them being bigger, they are more convenient too but maaaaan the I think the 911 is timeless and as far as two seater sports/supercars go they are the gold standard for me, also as for performance I think they are miles better then the above...

Although IMO the old late 80s, early 90s 911 turbos were twitchy as fck, in fact the same can be said most/nearly every early turbo car, I think people used to put bags of sand/weights in the front or back of them haha as the turbo lag was alot bigger in the old days, you could put your foot down before a corner and then BOOM when you hit or leaving the corner the turbo would kick in and catch you out :o

@"water ur seeds"

Absolutely! Those early Turbo 911's were called the widow makers due to the snap oversteer mid corner u described. I love the 911.. The one I test drove was a blue on black 991 GTS.. Coming out of my gran coupe and before that panamera it just felt too small to me. In an accident I felt like my chances of survival were slim. As I mentioned in my earlier post it is something I'd have to get used to.

The ultimate deal breaker for me was the back seat. They mention you can put small children back there. But it's a tight squeeze and my son is still on a rear facing car seat. If I squeeze him back there my front seat is useless. I take mass transit during the week so I don't need a daily driver. This car would be my weekend car. It would work 95% of the time. But that 5% especially with a child was the deal breaker for me.

Nevertheless the 911 is a modern classic. I have nothing but respect for them. I'll probably look into them again at some point in the future.

Yeah man the back seats are basically pointless, its basically for your gym or work bag as the luggage space you can hardly fit youre bags in haha I think it can be a daily driver if you drive to an office every day and back... But if you dont and have a family it I think its really a second car...

it's one of the reasons I'll always prefer a 928 over the 911. Kids can actually fit in the back of a 928 (and 944 for that matter) and the hatch is functional for hauling shit.

They arnt fckn with a 911 though haha if youre getting a Porsche that isnt a Panamerra or Cayenne then you cant really be thinking about putting anyone in the back seats...

That F12 is PRICEY fam and it ain't got much of a backseat imo.

Since your in that realm, would u consider goin' MP4-12C? I think it's a great super car for the money, plus it's a lil' more practical and a good daily driver.

I don't really like McLaren's.. I am more of a GT car guys.. Aston Martin, Ferrari V12, Maybe the Maserati Gran Turismo after they redesign it. Big Coupes.. As ridiculous as it sounds. McLarens, Lamborghini's, & Ferrari 458 type cars draw way too much attention for me. I rather be in a high end car that has the silhouette of something ordinary than to be in something that is obviously a supercar. If that makes sense.

Hasnt there reliability issues with the McLaren though?

U make perfect sense bruh, especially w/ the Aston's and Masi GT, but a Ferrari, no matter the model or how subdued it is, it's just ostentatious to me. But I get it, it's levels! lol

Yes you are correct, but the MP4-12C is there most reliable model.

I agree lmao.. Thats why I wouldn't do a red or a yellow.. I'd go triple black.. Or a dark gray.. Something on the subtle side.. Where it wont jump out at you unless I hit the gas or you're just a car person... At least that's my hope lol..

The MSRP on my joint is near 150k. Of course it has backup camera. All of my bimmers have had backup cam except for the e39 530 I had back in 06'. I don't know where you got bimmers not having backup cam. Maybe 3 series' that were ordered without them. It's been an option for over a decade at least. I have backup cam and top view cam and sensors, head up display, collision warning etc etc.. My shit is loaded.

Killa. Details on the setup?

Thanks yo. Simple setup, Airlift 3p management with one compressor and 4 gallon tank in the trunk. Can control the system with my cell phone.

Air struts made by this company, AirBFT, similar to Airrex, Ksport, D2, etc. I need to get alignment to add more camber in the rear, so I can tuck the 20s.

Nice Real VIP style.

IMO the back fender sitting right on the lip but i understand if u want it to tuck all the way in. Just a matter of bringing the upper control arm in a little more if it has any adjustment left.

When you do that I'm not sure it it will sit at 0 camber when you level it, though.

Y'all swear cup holders aren't important. I have 8 of them in my trunk.

1 of the main reason why I bought it

Cup holders and arm rests are defo important haha I was pissed at first when I thought mine didnt have cup holders, but found out I had to pull a cover off near the front console, which then means I have to keep putting it back on again when Im not using them, its nice and sturdy though...

Though most newer BMW's do have reversing cameras, they are an option but most seem to have them, parking sensors are standard though...
