Man, this will be one of the craziest and most epic and SHORTEST free-agency/cap casualty rushes ever thanks to the lockout.

And since we've already discussed the possible "official free agents" (Nnamdi, etc.) Here's a list of possible cap casualties by division and team according to SB Nation...

Dallas Cowboys

RB- Marion Barber: I had him on the list of possible trade candidates, and that remains to be seen. However, it is more likely that Dallas cuts ties with Barber completely be releasing him. The former starting back signed a 45 million dollar contract three years ago and is due over 5 million in 2011. It is going to be hard to get a team to bite on that type of contract, while still getting a decent bounty in return.

Listen, Barber is still a productive back in the NFL and will catch on somewhere to be utilized in a rotation of sorts. He just won't be earning the cash that he made in Dallas the last couple of seasons.

WR- Roy Williams; This under achieving wide receiver set the Cowboys franchise back a couple of years because of what Dallas gave up in acquiring his services from Detroit (1st, 3rd, 6th and 7th round picks). In turn the Lions were able to draft Brandon Pettigrew among others. Immediately, the Cowboys signed Williams to a 54 million dollar contract with 27 million guaranteed. The former #1 pick has since lost his starting job and doesn't fit into the Cowboys future plans.

It is imminent that Dallas will release Roy Williams once free agency begins and there will be a lot of suitors out there. Look for him to sign a short term contract in order to build up his value for the 2012 or 2013 free agency periods. Could be a fit in San Francisco.

C- Andre Gurode: The five time pro-bowl player is set to make nearly 6 million in 2011 and may be expendable if the Cowboys salary cap situation is as bleak as it seems. Dallas did draft a possible replacement in David Arkin, who probably isn't ready to take over full time. I expect the Cowboys to look elsewhere in terms of shedding money, but they may be forced to part with this solid offensive linemen.

OT- Marc Colombo: He is set to make about 2.5 million in 2011, and as rotoworld put it "was one of the worse offensive linemen in the NFL last season". While I am not ready to make that proclamation; he was pretty darn bad. That said, Colombo does have a history of success in the NFL and will catch on somewhere as a primary backup.

G- Leonard Davis: He is turning 33 by opening day and is set to make nearly 6 million in 2011. The Cowboys really cannot afford to lose one of their best offensive linemen, but if it means re-signing Doug Free then Mr. Davis will be gone. I think he has a few good years left on those over worked knees and would be a nice addition to a team looking to add a stopgap guard. Depending on what think of Chilo Rachal, the 49ers may fit perfectly into that category.

LB- Bradie James: I understand that releasing your top tackler makes no sense, but logistically the Cowboys are going to have to find areas of depth where the can cut money off the cap. Sean Lee was a 2nd round pick in 2010 and impressed coaches last season. Additionally, Jerry Jones has made it clear that Keith Brooking will be back in 2011. James is set to make 3.5 million this year and is coming off of injury. It is unlikely Dallas parts way with James, but the possibility remains.

CB- Terence Newman: His play has dropped off a bit over the last couple of seasons as the aggressiveness we saw earlier faded. Newman is due 8 million in 2011 and has been over taken by the enigma that is Mike Jenkins. Additionally, the Cowboys has a couple young options in Alan Ball and Bryan McCann, who cost a lot less. I think that the chances of Dallas releasing Newman is at about 80-20 right now. If so, there will be a lot of play for this talented corner on the open market.

New York "Football" Giants

RB- Brandon Jacobs: The Giants will attempt to find a trade partner for Jacobs once free agency begins, but that is going to be harder said than done. First, he is set to make nearly 5 million this year and has been a negative egocentric presence for the better part of the last two years. Secondly, teams know the Giants are in a salary cap mess, and may wait until he is release outright.

Once Jacobs does hit the open market there are going to be ample interest in his services. I doubt that he is an every down back at this point, but will be a nice addition on a rotational basis in the backfield. Teams like New England, Miami, Washington and Cincinnati will be calling once Jacobs is released

G- Rich Seubert: He has been a mainstay for a really good New York team over the last few seasons. However, the Giants did select Mitch Petrus in 2010 and have to find a way to shed money from their payroll. Seubert is due nearly 2.5 million this year and may end up looking for a new team when free agency starts.

There will be a lot of teams, including the 49ers, looking to add this veteran guard to their starting lineup. He has always been a solid inside blocker and still has a couple good seasons left in him.

DE- Osi Umenyiora: I know that a lot of people are expecting him to be traded. Osi, who hasn't rule out requesting a trade or holding out, is set to make 3.5 million and wants his contract restructured. The problem is that New York doesn't have the flexibility to their 2011 payroll. Other teams know this and may wait for them to lower their demands in a trade. The other issue, is the fact that New York will be left in a vulnerable position if Osi requests a trade or holdouts. We have seen players released in this situation in the past, and he may be no different. That said, it is more realistic that New York finds a trade partner for him.

If Osi does hit the open market either via trade or free agency there is going to be a lot of teams banging at the chance to acquire his services. He has compiled 52 sacks since 2005, and is a dominating force in the front seven. Additionally, he could play defensive end our outside linebacker depending on the scheme the team plays.

DL- Rocky Bernard: He is set to make nearly 3 million this year and with the Giants additions of young interior defensive linemen I think it is inevitable that Bernard is looking for a new team once free agency starts. At 308 pounds, he can play inside or outside on the d-line, and has been a pretty solid performer. I expect Bernard to get some attention.

Philadelphia Eagles

C- Jamaal Jackson: Before injuries caused Jackson all but one game of the 2010 season he was one of the best Philadelphia Eagle offensive linemen of recent memory. Extremely underrated in what he does, Jackson started 63 games during a four year stretch from 2006-2009, and is undervalued as a blocker. That said, Mike McGlynn filled in admirably in 2010 and the Eagles drafted Jason Kelce late in the 2011 draft for depth. Jackson is owed nearly 2 million dollar and may be a salary cap casualty. He would also represent a major upgrade from any internal options San Francisco has at the center position.

DL- Jaqua Parker: He is set to make 3.5 million in 2011 and the Eagles may look for younger, cheaper players to step up in his stead. Philadelphia's salary cap situation is looking decent at this point, but you still have to account for the top 5 QB money that Michael Vick is going to get after being franchised. They want to upgrade at other positions, and releasing Parker would enable them to. He did have 6 sacks in 2010, and is a solid pass rusher; a lot of teams will be clamoring for his services.

Washington Redskins

QB- Donovan McNabb: No team is going to trade for this veteran QB just because of his name and the Redskins have to know this. McNabb, coming off of his worse season as a pro, is set to earn about 11 million dollars in base+incentives in 2011. There is absolutely no way any team picks up that type of commitment for a player that may not be an above average starter in the NFL anymore.

It is pretty obvious Washington will end up releasing McNabb when free agency starts. The likely candidates for his services are Minnesota, Arizona, Carolina, Miami, Buffalo and Tennessee.

TE- Chris Cooley: He is only a couple receptions away from being Washington's all-time leader among tight ends, but that may never happen. Cooley is due 3.5 million in 2011 and the Redskins have a cheaper, younger alternative in Fred Davis at that position. We all know Daniel Snyder likes to make big splashes during free agency, but that won't happen unless they get further under the cap; Cooley is expendable.

DL- Albert Haynesworth: Has to be considered one of the worse free agent signing of all-time, sorry all you Antonio Langham haters out there. "Fat Albert" is set to make 21 million in guaranteed roster money in 2011, and has been a no show in terms of work ethic and productivity on the field. It has been reported that Washington is looking to trade him; Minnesota seems the most interested. However, I would have to conclude that his contract disables any notion of a trade happening. Washington will either hang on to Albert in 2011, or release him; my money is on his being released.

Once on the open market, you will find a lot of teams interested in his services; just not at the price Washington paid. If motivated, he is still a dominating force a long the defensive line. According to Rotoworld, the Philadelphia Eagles seem real interested. Additionally, I wouldn't be against San Francisco possibly taking a flier on him if the situation arises.

Baltimore Ravens

RB- Willis McGahee With the emergence of Ray Rice as one of the best all-around backs in the AFC, Willis McGahee’s days are numbered in Baltimore. He is set to make about 7.5 million in 2011 when all is said and done. Additionally, the Ravens drafted Anthony Allen in April’s draft, and he can take over as Rice’s primary backup. It goes without saying McGahee will hit the open market when free agency begins.

Will he find a starting job? Most likely not. McGahee had career low numbers across the board in 2010 and will be 30 in October. Some team will make a play for him as a solid back up contributor, but not as a starter at this point in his career.

WR- Derrick Mason It seems as though Mason is redefining the aging process. At 37 years old, he is still a solid NFL receiver as evidenced by his solid 61 catch performance in 2010. That said, Mason is set to make nearly 5 million dollars in 2011 and the Ravens have multiple young receivers they are looking to get into the fold behind Bolden. Torrey Smith and James Hardy come to mind first. It is unlikely the Ravens part ways with their long time receiver, but the possibility still remains.

TE- Todd Heap The Ravens have younger cheaper options in Ed Dickson and Dennis Pitta at the TE position. Heap is no longer a top tier TE and is set to make 4.5 million this season. I think that if Baltimore is looking to cut cap room in order to upgrade at other positions, Heap may be the first casualty.

DL- Kevin Gregg With Terrence Cody, Haloti Ngata and Cory Redding in the mix, Kevin Gregg may be the odd man out. He will be entering his 12th season and is set to make 3.5 million in 2010. As much as Baltimore fans would like to see Gregg finish his career in a Raven, it is unlikely that happens. Some team running a 3-4 defense will take a shot with him this off-season.

Cincinnati Bengals

DE- Antwan Odom With the emergence of Carlos Dunlap, Odom has become expendable. This probably doesn’t come as a huge surprise for Bengal fans considering his injury history and inability to stay on the field. Odom is owed nearly 4 million in 2011 and will be let go by Cincinnati once the league year begins. He will find a home somewhere because teams are desperate for a pass rush specialist, but they are going to have to be careful because of his age and injury history.

Cleveland Browns

QB- Jake Delhomme The Browns are set with Colt McCoy as their starting QB and have Seneca Wallace as a backup (if he re-signs). So, there really isn’t any room for the enigma that is Jake Delhomme. He is set to make 5.4 million in 2011 and will be a salary cap casualty. Some team, looking for a backup, will make a play for Delhomme. Could it be the 49ers?

RB/WR- Joshua Cribbs The all everything special teams player just signed a 20 million dollar, three year contract last March. However, with the new kickoff rule Cribbs importance to the Browns will be limited moving forward. Additionally, the project of moving him to wide receiver didn’t work out too well. Look for Cleveland to field offers for Cribbs, but a release is possible, however, unlikely at this point.

TE- Ben Watson The Browns selected Jordan Cameron in April, and have a few other options outside of Watson. He was their leading receiver in 2011 and isn’t making a whole lot in 2011 (2.5 million). However, the Browns may want to give the young players a chance to perform with Colt. It is more likely that the Browns will want Watson to return and be a safety valve for Colt, but the possibility remains that he will be a roster casualty. If so, some team (Rams) are going to make a play for the solid tight end.

Pittsburgh Steelers

DE- Aaron Smith Recovering from a torn biceps injury, there is no telling if Smith will be 100 percent by training camp. He has been a mainstay for the Steelers over the course of the last half decade or so. However, with a 4.5 million dollar salary, Smith will probably be released. If healthy, Smith will be productive in a 3-4 defense somewhere.

OT- Flozell Adams The 5 time Pro-Bowl performer is set to make 5 million dollars in 2011. The Stellers have ample options to replace him, but do they trust youngster to protect Ben’s weak side? I would say yes. Adams play have suffered a bit recently and the Steelers need to cut room somewhere. Look for him to be one of the casualties once free agency starts.

LB- James Farrior Due about 6.5 million dollars total in 2011, but it seems the Steelers don’t have anyone to replace Farrior unless they believe Keyaron Fox is the man at the ILB position. That said, it is an incredible amount of money to pay for a player that will be 36 before opening day. For the purpose of full disclosure, I don’t see this happening because Farrior still produces at an extremely high level as evidenced by his 2010 season.

Buffalo Bills

WR- Lee Evans; His production has dropped off the map recently. In fact, Evans had his two worse seasons of his career in 2009 and 2010. Some of that has to do with injury (missed 3 games in 10'), and a lack of a passing attack. However, Buffalo doesn't seem to be pulling any punches with him and have quietly talked about either trading or releasing him. Additionally, Evans is due nearly 5 million in 2011 and the Bills have another "#1 receiver" in Steve Johnson. It remains possible that the former 1000 yards receiver will be playing elsewhere in 2011.

DE/LB- Chris Kelsay: He signed a large 5Y-28MM contract extension in September of 2010, and accumulate just 3.5 sacks last season. Additionally, the Bills don't seem to be happy with his pass coverage and rush defense; making him extremely expendable when free agency starts. They don't have a lot of depth or talent up front on defense, but Kelsay is 31 and not worth the contract he signed less than a year ago.

LB- Aaron Maybin: Due less than a million in base salary next season, it doesn't make sense that Buffalo would release a 1st round pick with just two years playing experience. However, those two years were god awful. Maybin hasn't compiled a single sack in 28 career NFL games and has been credited with just 1 force fumbles. Those are stats that make even the most optimistic of observers yell "BUST". Expect Maybin to be a training camp casualty if he doesn't get his act together.

Miami Dolphins

FB- Lousaka Polite: Despite being an extremely solid short yardage runner and competent blocker, the Miami Dolphins did spend a draft pick on a fullback (Charles Clay), and Polite is set to make 1.5 million in 2011. The Dolphins are in need of cutting from their 104 million dollar payroll somewhere, and Polite is expendable.

C- Joe Berger: The selection of Mike Pouncey in the 1st round of April's draft makes Berger's release almost imminent. The veteran guard//center is due about 1.5 million and will not be back at that cost in a reserve role. He could find some play on the free agent market to be a primary backup inside or for a team in desperate need of a stopgap center.

OT- Vernon Carey: He very well could be a surprise cut when the new league year starts. Despite being a solid offensive tackle, logistics is working against Carey. He is due about 5 million in 2011, and the Dolphins have ample young options to replace him opposite Jake Long. I wouldn't be surprise if Carey is released, in fact I expect that to happen. If so, there is going to be a nice market for his ability on the open market. Carey has been strong in pass protection and is solid in the run game as well. Overall, he is an extremely underrated offensive tackle.

CB- Will Allen: He did agree to a pay cut from 5 million down to 1.5 million in February, but as rotoworld reported "it might not be enough to keep his job". Allen hasn't been able to stay healthy for a consistent period of time and is turning 33 in 2011. It does appear that Miami will end up cutting Allen, and he will hit the open market. You really are looking at a marginal pickup in regards to Allen at this point. The comparison for 49er fans that I would draw is Will James.

New England Patriots

TE- Alge Crumpler: The Patriots added two tight ends in the 2010 draft and another one in 2011. Aaron Hernandez and Rob Gronkowski seem to be real deals and Crumpler is owed 1.5 million this year. He used to be an extremely talented tight end, which he might still be, but Crumpler is making his money as a blocking end these days. This is where he is going to find a market if released.

DT/DE- Ty Warren: The Patriots continue to build great things up front and seem to have a plethora of young talent there right now. Warren has been one of the better overall 3-4 ends in football, and should be retained in 2011. However, New England doesn't show a lot of support for their veterans and Warren is set to make over 4 million dollars this season. Additionally, he is coming off of an injury and is 30. If the Patriots are looking to make cuts somewhere, it may actually be with Warren.

DT- Marcus Stroud: Stourd is set to make about 1.5 million and could find himself as the #3 NT on a deep New England Patriot front 7. At 33 years old, the Patriots are looking to move on to younger players, but Stroud can still play football and is darn strong up the middle.

New York Jets

RB- LaDanian Tomlinson: He had a great first season in New York and is only set to make 2.4 million in 2011. On the surface it seems LT will be back with the Jets in 2011. However, they are in an incredible bind when it comes to the salary cap (nearly 10 million over). The Jets need to find money to re-sign some of their top free agents and be able to pay David Harris' franchise tender. I could conceivably see a scenario where they save 2.4 million, release LT and go with Joe McKnight and rookie Bilal Powell to backup Shonn Greene. Not probable, but extremely realistic.

WR- Jerricho Cotchery: The Jets have three unrestricted free agents in Santonio Holmes, Braylon Edwards and Brad Smith. So, Cotchery is an important part of the team. However, in order to re-sign one or two of these players the Jets are going to have to save money somewhere. He is due about 3.2 million in total 2011 salary, so it remains a real possibility. This will be a late off-season release because the Jets need to see how the cards are going to fall before letting him go.

G- Brandon Moore: Moore is due about 5 million dollars in 2010 and the Jets do have some young options at that position. He is a real talented guard and it would be a difficult loss for New York. However, you have to look at their salary cap and ask "what comes first?" Antonio Cromartie as a #2 corner, especially with the Jets lack of a pass rush is more important at this point. I think Moore is likely to be released.

LB- Calvin Pace: He is set to make 3.5 million in base and between 1-2 million in bonuses in 2011. The Jets have uses elsewhere with that money. Pace is a solid linebacker and contribute 5.5 sacks in 2011, however, as I said before "they are in an incredible bind when it comes to the salary cap". Some decision are going to have to be made that isn't going to make much sense on the surface.

LB- Bart Scott: Due roughly 8 million total in 2011, Scott wasn't as productive in 2010 as in the past. He still is a solid linebacker, but at 8 million is it worth it? With all the salary cap concerns for these New York Jets it is probable that they are going to release one of their high profile players. Scott would be the most likely candidate at this point because of a combination of a lack of performance and an 8 million dollar 2011 salary.

Oakland Raiders

WR- Darius Heyward-Bey: Due about 1 million in base salary, but has 23.5 million guaranteed over length of his five year contract. By my estimates, the Raiders would save about 5.5 million dollars if they released him. However, long term the guaranteed money could effect their "dead money" situation if that is part of the new CBA.

DT- Tommy Kelly: Signed a long term extension in 2008, his roster bonus this season will be about 5.5 million dollars. The Oakland Raiders will probably be 18 million over the cap. This means that it is innevitable that Kelly will be released.

CB- Chris Johnson: The corner is due about 4.5 million dollars in 2011. I understand the Raiders cannot afford to lose another corner if Asomugha walks, but they need to get under the cap somehow. The 31 million dollar extension that Stanford Routt signed earlier this year really handicapped the Raiders this season; he is owed over 11 million dollars in 2011.

Denver Broncos

G- Chris Kuper: The standout guard is owed 7 million dollars in guaranteed money in 2011. Denver, which isn't in a good salary cap situation (right at the cap), will have to release a couple players. With Eric Olson, Orlando Franklin and Zane Beadles on board at guard the Kuper will be expendable.

DL- Robert Ayers: Ayers has been a complete bust since being a 1st round selection a couple years ago. Additionally, he is due over 12 million over the next three seasons, including 5.5 million in 2011. I believe his release is imminent.

CB- Andre' Goodman: The starting corner is due at least 3 million in 2011, with a possible roster bonus of another 1.1 million. Denver cannot afford to lose a solid corner, but they may be forced to release Goodman. Perrish Cox and Syd'Quan Thompson are two young corners that could pick up the slack in the event of a Goodman release.

San Diego Chargers

C- Nick Hardwick: Hardwick is due about 4 million dollars in 2011, and the Chargers have a solid back-up option at center. San Diego isn't in a bad cap situation, but they could use the money save elsewhere.

OT- Marcus McNeill: This would seem like a little bit of a reach, but there are couple different reasons why this could happen. First, McNeill is due 11.5 million dollars in 2011; that money could be used for Malcom Floyd or Vincent Jackson. Secondly, the Chargers have cheaper options at the tackle position. However, McNeill is called upon to block Phillip Rivers' blind side, so like I said it seems like a little bit of a stretch.

Kansas City Chiefs

WR- Chris Chambers: Is due about 3.5 million dollars total in 2011, and had a poor 2010 season. There is no doubt, especially with the pick of Johnathan Baldwin in the 1st round, that Chambers will be released. He is going to be a solid #3 wide receiver in an offense that has a quarterback that can get the ball down field on a consistent basis.

G- Ryan Lilja: He is due about 3 million dollars in 2011 (a bargain if you ask me), but Lilja will be expendable due to the pick of Rodney Hudson. Some teams will make a strong push for him, and I hope one of them are our San Francisco 49ers; he is a solid guard.

G- Brian Waters: The Chiefs will have to decide what guard to choose from. However, Waters may decide to call it quits after his 15th NFL season, that will make the decision much easier. Now, he is owed about 4 million dollars in 2011, so there is no guarantee he will remain with the Chiefs in 2011.

DL- Tyson Jackson: He is due about 7 million dollars total in 2011, and has been a complete bust. The Chiefs may want to cut their losses right now, but they could reserve judgment for one more seasons. However, they have other players that "deserve" playing time, and he is owed 7 million; money that could be utilized elsewhere.

Houston Texans

RB- Steve Slaton: After a breakout rookie season in 2009, it has been downhill for Slaton since. He only carried the ball 12 times in 2011, and will be let go by Houston when the new league year starts. The Texans expect Ben Tate and Derrick Ward to be Arian Foster's primary back-ups in this season. Look for Slaton to catch on somewhere as a project because he still has some value.

WR- Kevin Walter: He is set to make over 5 million with roster bonuses and base salary combined. Walter has been an extremely productive wide receiver in Houston. However, they have to retain the more explosive Jacoby Jones and have a couple young receivers that can step in for Walter. Houston sits about 2 million under the cap, so they are going to have to make some difficult decisions.

OL- Wade Smith: Houston General Manager, Rick Smith, had kind words for Wade following the 2011 season

"To a man, all of our offensive linemen said, 'Hey, we were a better unit, and a lot of it had to do with Wade's addition,'"

That said, he is due to make a guaranteed 6.3 million dollars in 2011 and has been somewhat of a journeymen since breaking out in 2010. Duane Brown and Eric Winston could fill the void left by Smith and form a decent tackle tandem. However, Houston will probably look to save money elsewhere during the shortened off-season.

DL- Amobi Okoye: He was a high 1st round pick a couple seasons ago and has been pretty solid for Houston. However, with the switch to the 3-4 and the addition of J.J. Watt in the draft, he will most likely lose a starting job. The Texans have made it pretty clear that they plan to move Okoye to defensive end "if he makes the team", so that remains an option. However, he is set to make 3 million in 2011 and will most likely be playing in a new zip code in 2011.

LB- DeMeco Ryans: I know this seems like a crazy player to have on this list, but hear me out. First, the Texans transition to a 3-4 will effect Ryans and the way he plays the ILB position. Secondly, the Texans do have younger options at that positions, and finally; he is set to make nearly 10 million in 2011 when all is said and done. I think you could be looking at a surprise release when the new league year begins. If so, look for him to get major play on the open market as a top tier LB in the NFL.

Indianapolis Colts

WR- Anthony Gonzalez; The former Ohio State standout is only due 1.1 million in 2011, but he is expendable because of the Colts young receiving corp. They have to cut money somewhere, and every little bit helps. That said, he was a nice back up option for the Colts in 2009 before getting injured and missing parts of the 2010 season. The salary cap saving won't be a lot, but I do think a Gonzalez release is possible because of roster logistics etc...

OT- Ryan Diem: He took a huge step back last season. So much that the Colts drafted Anthony Castonzo in the 1st round to replace him. Additionally, Diem is owed over 5 million in 2011. He will be one of the first cuts when the new league year begins. But, expect Diem to get play as a starting tackle because he has had previous success protecting Peyton Manning.

Jacksonville Jaguars

QB- David Garrard: The former Pro Bowl quarterback is set to make nearly 10 million dollars in base plus bonuses in 2011. The Jaguars spent their 1st round pick on Blaine Gabbert, but don't expect the rookie to start immediately. That said, Del Rio has said that he will evenly distribute snaps between the two when training camp starts. The Jaguars could release or trade Garrard and find a cheaper veteran alternative to groom Gabbert, who is their future starting quarterback.

FB- Greg Jones: He is set to make 3.3 million in 2011 and the Jaguars have other options at the fullback position. I have always been a fan of Jones as a hybrid back and he will get a lot of play on the free agent market if released. One thing is for sure, unless Jones agrees to a pay cut he will not be playing in Jacksonville in 2011. I think a player of his versatility could intrigue San Francisco at the fullback position.

DE- Derrick Harvey: The Jaguars have been extremely disappointed by the player of the former 1st round pick. He has only 8 sacks in 47 career games and is set to make nearly 3 million in 2011. The Jaguars would love to see him breakout this season, but their patience is growing thin at this point. If Harvey doesn't show anything more in training camp, expect the Jaguars to cut their losses with the former #8 overall pick from the 2008 draft.

Tennessee Titans

QB- Vince Young: It isn't simply the fact that Young is due 8.5 million in base and another 4.2 million in a roster bonus. That really wouldn't be a big deal if his attitude was better. There is no doubt that Tennessee is going to look to trade him, but there will be no takers with the combination listed above. Instead, the Titans will release Young at the first possible moment instead of paying him 12.7 million in 2011.

WR- Justin Gage: He has been a productive players in the past. But, a combination of injury and poor performance really led to struggles in 2011. The Titans have a nice young receiving corp and Gage is due 3.5 million in 2011. There is no doubt he will be a "salary cap casualty".

DT- Tony Brown: He signed a lucrative 17 million dollars a couple years ago and is due about 4 million in 2011. However, the Titans drafted Jurrell Casey in April and the Titans are in desperate need of salary cap relief, even with the imminent release of Young.

S- Chris Hope: He is due about 6.5 million in 2011, but has been a real nice safety for the Titans. It is expected that Tennessee will ask him to take a pay cut; if he doesn't there remains a strong possibility Hope will be let go. That said, it doesn't seem that Robert Johnson is ready to take over a full time role at that position this early in his career.

I wouldn't be so quick to think that *ANY* of these players CAN'T be cut. These GM's these days are more cut throat than ever. Bart Scott is not untouchable. Coaches like a lot of players and if they made the team last year, that means somebody liked them enough to have them on the roster, but that don't mean they can't get touched.

I think the Cowboys will have the most surprising and deepest cuts. The Salary cap is going to be even tighter than people thought a couple months ago which would put the Cowboys severely over the cap.

I would also add Keith Brooking to that list. He ain't ran nothing but his mouth since he's been there. Bet he comes back to ATL with his tail between his legs wanting to "retire a Falcon". Dimitroff gon' look at him like "And who are you again?"

lol.

Speaking of my Falcons, I wouldn't mind us picking up Terrence Newman...

...As our 3rd/Nickel corner for the Vet minimum. LMAO. That would actually be a nice move.

And Jamaal Anderson gots to go. This Ludacris lookin' ass nigga is garbage. Plus we need to shake the last bit of wack juice from Bobby Quit-trino off of us. He's good against the run, but that ain't what we need @ DE.

LOL at all these castaways "could be a good fit in San Francisco"

The commentary was pulled mostly from the "Niners nation" website via SB Nation. That's why you have all the Niners references. lol

i hear the skins still paying lavar arrington

Don't know about Arrington, but I heard Steve Spurrier still cashing their checks.

That's one of the reasons he went to South Carolina for less money than he could've received at a higher profile program. He was getting so much paper from the Skins that he decided to "take a chance and a challenge" with a C-list program.

We are not still paying Lavar Arrington FOH

And if I'm not mistaken Cooley is not a free agent. Get rid of a pro bowl TE for an unproven one and not have any great wideouts? Just dumb

Skins will actually be rewarded by this new CBA due to all the dead weight we cut last year and this year. Bruce Allen knows exactly what he's doing.
