Plant based diets, yay or nay?

I cannot wait to start turning my nose up at people at bbqs when I say I'm vegetarian. Was at the grocery store today and the deli guy told me the t-bones were on sale.

I said oh noooooooooo and dragged the "O"'s.

Then I walked off like a boss.

Ain't shit wrong with a steak or any meat for that matter. If you're opposed to factory farming practices then simply get your meat from a local farmer that butchers on-site or pick up a gun, wait for deer/duck seasons to come around and shoot it yourself.

But... you caught up in the hype tho.

You can still have your chitterboys too. Gotta wonder if they made these with artificial shit smell too

Been on a Vegan diet for 4 days now...I've noticed that I haven't felt hungry since I've been on this diet...anyone else experienced that?
