Now, as far as to what she should actually be considered, as far as I know, her mother is biracial and her father is white. So it really depends on what you'd consider black/white. On one hand you could use the "One-drop rule" and say she's black. On the other, you could say she's white if you go by the whole "you are what your father is" thing.

In conclusion, personally I'm not completely sure either way and don't really care. All I know is, I would love to bend her over and put some more black in her.
