they both great MC's, they aint rappers, they take their art seriously and i dont think even the most over the top em hater can agree with that

BUT

they entirely different in what they rhyme about and it is difficult to compare like for like, my first reaction is Monch though.......in fact now that i am thinking about it, Monch is prob in my top 10 whereas Em would not be, and on his best Monch is prob one of the greatest ever to touch the MIC.......IMO off the top of my head

PM by miles. Just doesnt have the commercial appeal but if you listen to Bring it On there is no doubt about it technically one of the best rappers to do that type of wild, stylistic, technical rhyme thing thing.

This is actually a really good comparison I think, I think Pharohae can do a bit more vocally while Em may be a BIT more technical as far as rhyme schemes and multies but I think i have to give it to Monch, both can do pretty much any record any kind of way and make it sound hot but I think Pharoahe has better subject matter, Both Internal Affairs and Desire are some of the best Hip-Hop and music in generall I've ever heard, that plus his Organized Konfusion stuff give him the nod. Too bad they've never done a track together
