man you wouldnt believe how much tranquility it brings. now the only time i even look at my phone etc is when i think to look at it to retrieve my messages. what alot of people dont realize is that you sort of train yourself to respond to your phone each time it goes off. i didnt do a study or anything, but that has to be a big part of our daily stress factors. funny thing is ... im still pretty prompt at answering my messages and returning calls. if your like me and you mutli task alot and do things that require undivided attention for the most part ... you wouldnt believe how such a small thing can make a big difference on how well your priorities stay in place and flow together

Not only is people showing up out of the blue unannounced annoying as fuck, it's also downright RUDE!

It's bad enough lil man wasn't sleeping through the night good, now her loony fam is killing her sleep time just cause they wanna kick it.
That's mainly the reason that when they started moving south to Florida, we stopped right in North Carolina. I ain't got them problems no more.

man 1 time i just got done hot boxin my living room with like 3 blunts keepin it lit, there was a knock on the door, and then they started beatin on the door, and i didnt have a peep hole at the time but i opened the door and it was a COP...........he seen all that smoke come out the door and i said "is there a problem officer?" and he puts a piece of paper in my face with a rapist on it and says "does he live here?" i said no and the only reason he believed me was because he was white lmao and he said "you try not too have too much fun in there......." lmao i was paranoid thinkin they was gonna kick my shit in for sellin weed after that
